How to shop in Naturalhomedecor.pl?

Easy shopping in 4 steps

STEP 1. Selection of products.

• Browse the list from the selected category (e.g. Furniture, Lamps, Accessories, Gift, Super Premium) or use the store search engine to find the product.
• Click on the product you are interested in. On the product page you will find detailed information about it.
• If you are interested in the product, add it to the basket by clicking "Add to basket".

STEP 2. Cart Contents.

• When you have selected all the products that interest you, go to the basket by clicking the BAG symbol in the upper right corner of the screen.
• In the basket you will see what products and in what quantity have been added by you.
• If you want to change the quantity of a given product, change the quantity in the "Quantity" column. The quantity of the product in question will be updated. If you want to remove a given product from the cart, click "x".
• Choose the type of delivery and payment method that suits you.
• If you have a discount code, enter it in the "I have a discount coupon" box.

STEP 3. Placing an order.

• If you already have an account in our store, log in with your login and password.
• If you do not have an account, you can choose REGISTER or make purchases WITHOUT REGISTRATION.

Remember that only registered customers have the option to: view the status of order fulfillment and purchase history, they do not have to re-enter data for subsequent purchases.

• If you chose the "Shopping without registration" option, enter your name, surname and shipping address. Check that you entered the data correctly.
• If you want to receive a VAT invoice, select "Company" in the address details and fill in the details. You can choose different details for shipping your order by clicking on the box 'Delivery to another address'.
• If you want to add a note regarding the order, please enter your comments in the Additional Notes field.
• To confirm your order, click "GO TO CHECKOUT".

• You will receive an e-mail confirming your order and its number.

STEP 4. Confirmation of the order by email.

• Receive the e-mail in your mailbox. If you have any additional question related to your order Contact us.
• If you have chosen to pay by traditional bank transfer - make the payment to start the order. The data will be sent in the order confirmation e-mail. Do not forget to enter the order number in the title of the traditional bank transfer.
• We will inform you by e-mail about further changes to the status of your order.
