PRODUCT AVAILABILITY, ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME

 

Details refering availability of products are visible on the product card.

On the store's platform, you will find statuses that indicate the date on which we can send the selected product to you.

 

"Shipment up to 24h" status
Status "Shipment up to 24h" - the product is available immediately, it is in the store's warehouse. The product is shipped on working days. The parcel is picked up by the courier within 48 hours from placing the order with confirmed by the customer with the payment. It is sent within 24 working hours of the payment being accounted by the bank.

 

Status "Shipment 3-4 days" working days
Status "Shipment 3-4 days" working days - the product is available in the warehouse of the manufacturer or wholesaler. We import it from the manufacturer or wholesaler. We reserve that the estimated period of up to 4 working days may change if the product is temporarily unavailable in stock, or the manufacturer has an above-average queue for packing retail orders. On the website, we provide an approximate, estimated delivery date based on best practies and typical delivery time while working with manufacturer / wholesaler

 

Status "Shipment up to 7 days" working days

Status "Shipment 7-14 days" working days
the product is available in the warehouse of the manufacturer or wholesaler. We import it from the manufacturer or wholesaler. We reserve that the estimated period of 7-14 working days may change if the product is temporarily unavailable in stock, or the manufacturer has an above-average queue for packing retail orders. On the website, we provide an approximate, estimated delivery date based on best practies and typical delivery time while working with manufacturer / wholesaler.

 

Status "MADE TO ORDER"
the date is set individually for the order taking into consideration actual situation in quantity of orders to make by the producer. We do set the date after confirming with the manufacturer how long it will take for the manufacturer to produce the product for the individual requirements of the buyer, according to the specification of the product card selected by the customer.

 

Each shipment of products that we import from the manufacturer / wholesaler, with a status other than 24 H, is carried out immediately after receiving the delivery from the manufacturer/ wholeseler. If the product availability period is significantly extended, you will be informed immediately and you will decide whether you want to wait for the product.

The shipping status provided is always  presented in working days.

 

Shipment of products with different delivery dates

If you order a larger number of products with different availability, as standard, the shipping time of the entire order is adapted to the product with the longest availability status. However, if you can not wait for completing your order, please contact us. We will verify on the most favorable shipping option and possibilities.
