  • Orders can be shipped to over a dozen European Union countries, apart from Poland, including:

    Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Germany, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary

  • Packages are sent via DHL, DPD courier from Monday to Friday (on working days).
  • For standard parcels (small and medium one), we offer an option of courier delivery. You also have possibility to picking up your order at DPD Pickup points, as well.
  • We do not deliver COD (cash on delivery) shipments.

Oversized and pallet shipment

Shipments with large, non-standard dimensions - dimensions of B, C and C pallets.

Some products are not suitable for storage for pickup points.

Due to their size, weight and / or for safety reasons, they are sent as oversized shipments and / or on pallets. These are parcels usually exceeding 25 kg and / or shipments of non-standard sizes or pallet shipments over 50 kg. In this case, the shipping cost depends on the weight and size of the shipment on the pallet, according to the price list of the courier company. Taking care of the safety of your order in transport, we insure large-size shipments.

Remember that the courier is not obliged to bring the parcel / pallet to the apartment / floor.

 

OBLIGATION to check the parcel upon receipt from the courier

  • Upon receipt of the parcel, the Buyer is obliged to check the parcel in the presence of the courier.
  • Before opening the parcel, you should confirm its delivery and check that the parcel has not been damaged during transport.
  • To do this, please: inspect the shipment from the outside, then open the shipment and check whether the ordered product has no defects or damage invisible from the outside, check the completeness of the delivered products and whether there are any mechanical damage to the products.

What if the package is damaged, broken?

  • If the delivered parcel is damaged, contains mechanical damage or is inconsistent with the order, please make a damage report in the presence of the courier.
  • In this case, the Buyer should refuse to receive damaged parcel, same time filling in a "Transport damage protocol" and taking a confirmation copy from the courier.
  • The "Transport damage protocol' should include the date and time of delivery, a detailed description of any damage to the product or any shortages. In addition, the protocol must accurately describe the condition of the packaging - for example, such information as: dents, damage to the tape, tearing the packaging).
  • It must be signed by the Buyer and the Courier.
  • In case of any deficiencies or damage to the product after the courier has left, immediately contact the courier company at the number provided on the tracking letter and request the arrival of the carrier's representative in order to draw up a protocol.
  • Please immediately inform the store about the situation by e-mail to the following address sklep@naturalhomedecor.pl sending a transport damage report written down with the courier.
  • When writing down the protocol, remember to reliably indicate the product security in the protocol, even if they are not indicated in the points to be marked on the protocol, such as - PALLET, POLYSTYRENE PROFILES, PAPER FILLERS, EXTERNAL MARKINGS OF THE TYPE - GLASS, TOP, DO NOT THROW, CAUTION FRAGILE.
