RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE PURCHASE CONTRACT - RETURNS

Please read the detailed information on the right to withdraw from the contract of purchase in Terms and Conditions of the Naturalhomedecor.pl online store.
If you are so-called privileged buyer, i.e.:
A) consumer, or B) a natural person for whom the contract you concluded with us is directly related to your business activity, but is not professional for you, as a rule, you have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded remotely.
You can withdraw from the contract by submitting a statement of withdrawal from the contract, e.g. by e-mail sent to the following address: sklep@naturalhomedecor.pl.
You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days.
The fourteen-day withdrawal period begins when you or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you take possession of the goods, and in the case of a contract that includes many goods that are delivered separately, in batches or in parts - from taking possession of the last goods, lots or parts. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send a statement before its expiry.
Obligations of the privileged buyer returning the goods
(respecting the returned property in accordance with social and legal standards)
Privileged buyer:
- sends a statement of withdrawal from the contract
- is obliged to immediately return the goods to store, but not later than 14 days from the date on which he withdrew from the contract.
- returns the goods intact (unchanged in relation to the date when picked up goods), complete, with no signs of use, without damage, in the original manufacturer's packaging, which is part of the product.
- is responsible for the decrease in the value of the product as a result of using it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functions of the goods.
- returns the items that are the subject of the contract from which he withdrew at his own expense. The cost of shipping with the returned goods is not refundable.
- Please be informed that the store does not accept cash on delivery shipments.
Returning the product - return procedure (in 5 steps):
- Please let us know about your return, sharing the order number on: sklep@naturalhomedecor.pl
- Pack the goods carefully, secure the shipment so that the product, including the original product packaging, is not damaged in transit.
- Attach the declaration of withdrawal from the contract and the original sales document (receipt or invoice) to the returned goods. If there are non-returned products on the receipt or invoice, please attach a copy of the invoice or receipt - instead of the original documents.

- Please send us the tracking number or link to the return package by e-mail, it will help return process.

Consequences of withdrawal from the contract
We will return the payments made by you immediately on the terms set out in the Terms and Conditions of the store, but not later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of your statement of withdrawal from the contract. We may withhold the reimbursement of the payment received from you until we receive the goods back or you provide proof of their return - depending on which event occurs first.
In the event of withdrawal from the Sales Agreement, it is considered void.
When the right to withdraw from a distance contract is not granted, e.g. in relation to the contract?
- in which the subject of the service is non-prefabricated goods, manufactured according to your specifications or serving to meet your individual needs, including in particular made to order products with properties individually specified by the Buyer, e.g. color variant, type of material, size variant, to be produced;
- in which the subject of the service is goods that deteriorate quickly or have a short shelf life;
- in which the subject of the service is goods delivered in a sealed package, which cannot be returned after opening the package due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the package was opened after delivery;
- in which the subject of the service are sound or visual recordings or computer programs delivered in a sealed package, if the package was opened after delivery.
The Store processes returns only from privileged Buyers, in the light of applicable law.
